Where can I buy tickets for an event?

If the event is at the Reno Events Center, typically tickets can be purchased via Ticketmaster or at the Reno Events Center Ticket Office the day the tickets go on sale from 10:00am - noon, or beginning at 10:00am on the day of the event. Tickets can also be purchased in-person at The Silver Legacy box office Fridays and Saturdays from 5:30pm to 9:30pm.

If the event is taking place at the Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center, tickets can be purchased at the ticket window by the main entrance of the facility.

Some events at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center require tickets. If this is the case for an event you are looking to attend, you can call the Convention Center at (775) 229-7620 or email us at info@renoevents.com to find out when tickets will be available at the ticket booth.

How much is parking?

$10 per space / per day 

What forms of payment are accepted at concession stands?

Reno Events Center: Concession stands at REC accept only credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

Reno-Sparks Convention Center: Concession stands at RSCC accept only credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center: Concession stands at RSLEC accept cash, credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

National Bowling Stadium: Concession stands at NBS accept only credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

Are there handicap scooters or wheelchairs available to rent?

At this time, we do not have handicap scooters or wheelchairs available to rent. 

Are there handicap accessible parking spaces at the convention center? / What is the parking rate for cars displaying a handicap placard or license plate?

We have handicapped parking spaces on property, by the North and East entrances. The parking rate is $10 for all vehicles.

Are bags allowed at concerts and other events at the Reno Events Center, Reno-Sparks Convention Center, National Bowling Stadium and Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center?

Our bag policy for all facilities is as follows:

  1. Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” X 6” X 12”
  2. One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  3. Small clutch or purse no larger than 4.5” X 6.5” with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the facility after proper inspection.
  4. An exception will be made of medically necessary items after proper inspection.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to; bags larger than 12” X 6” X 12”, backpacks, duffle bags, weapons, cans, bottles, food, wallet chains, professional video/audio recording equipment (GoPro’s, tripods, camera bags, etc.), fireworks, laser pens/glow sticks, iPads, coolers.

Exceptions – sports bags for athletic event participants & coaches, technical equipment for Conventions & Trade shows, and diaper bags accompanied by the infant (1 bag per infant).

NO storage of prohibited items will be allowed on the premises.
